How to Keep Healthy
As we all know, keeping healthy is important for us. We can’t be offered good jobs in the future if we are not strong enough, so how can we keep fit? In my opinion, we should try our best to do the following:
First, you’d better do exercise every day. It is considered that people who do sports every day have more healthy hearts than those who don’t. However, it’s best to exercise regularly. Half an hour a day is enough. Spending too much or too little time on it is not a good idea. Let’s do sports to stay healthy from now on.
Second, don’t eat junk food. It’s reported that most children can’t help eating junk food every day. It’s not a good habit. The reason why we shouldn’t eat junk food is that there is too much fat in it. The more we eat, the unhealthier we’ll be. Keep on eating fruit and vegetables as much as you can, then you’ll feel better soon.
Finally, I suggest that we should have a good sleep or try to listen to wonderful music in our spare time.

It is important to be healthy because you can look good and you won’t need medicine. You can be healthy by not eating ice cream. If you really want to eat it, you can eat it one or two times. We can stay healthy by not eating cold things. You can eat ginger. I know many people do not like to eat ginger, but for the stomach it is very good. If you really do not want to eat ginger you can eat fruits and vegetables. But, you cannot eat junk food or something that is cold. Now you can have a good body and you can keep your body healthy.
If you ask me, ”Are you healthy?” I will say “Maybe.” I think, keep warm and do not eat junk food. You can eat a lot of vegetables and fruits.
Having a good body is very important. Do you want good health?
If I opened my own restaurant, I would call it “Harry Potter”. I would have sweets and Chinese foods. My signature dish would be “Harry Potter’s Magic Wand”. It is a cookie. The restaurant is in Beijing. It would look like a magic school. The customers would wear the uniform of Howarts. The menu would look like a book about magic. My food would cost twenty yuan. My waiter would look like a character in “Harry Potter”. Our slogan is “Everything can be possible”.
I inherited Bill Gates’ money. First, I bought a villa. Second, I bought an island. Third, I bought a school. I slept in the villa, played on the island and learned in the school. I invited my friends to the island to play. I gave the rest of the money to my son.
For me, Jerry is the most annoying classmate. He always thinks he is the smartest, the most attractive and the most perfect student in the whole grade. When Jerry is approaching, we all ignore him because when he is talking with you he will say, “You’re a silly, ugly and naughty child.” We all say, ”Go away.”
Jack is a friendly boy. He shares his cakes with his friends. When his father gave him a special book, he was willing to let his friends read it. One of Jack’s classmates said to Jack’s mother, ”Jack is the friendliest boy I know.” “What a nice compliment that is!” answered Jack’s mother.
Gary is a stingy boy. He never shares his possessions with other people. When his mother gives him a ride in their car, he never wants to let his friends ride in it. One of his friends said to Gary’s father, ”Gary is the most stingy boy I know!” “What a bad comment that is!” replied Gary’s father.
I think that it is important to be healthy, because if you are healthy you will have more energy and you won’t be sick. Some people are mentally not healthy. If you want to be mentally healthy, you need to spend time with your friend, that will make you happy.
So, how to stay healthy? People stay healthy by exercising more. That can make you stronger. More people stay healthy by sleeping and eating. That is a good choice, because it is easier than exercising more. You need to choose what you eat. You need to make healthy choices.
Vegetables and fruits are important, because vegetables and fruits have a lot of vitamins and minerals. For example, I like to eat apples and oranges and I do not often see the doctor. People that enjoy eating fast food and fried foods often see a doctor. Fast food is bad for your health and can make you fat.
I am healthy now because it is summer. People are always sick in summer but I believe if I exercise more, eat vegetables and fruits and avoid fast food and fried foods, I will stay healthy.
